We, at TinyOwl, are starting a revolution- a food revolution! Our goal is to let your food be at your fingertips in a smart and hassle free manner. We have a young and growing team comprising of coders, marketers and designers from premier Indian and global institutes including the IITs, the IIMs and LBS etc. We are looking to build an all-star company in the food industry and we are looking at enthusiastic and ambitious people to join our team.

As part of the operations team you will be working on coordinating between various teams internally and externally. You will be responsible for the public profile of TinyOwl. We are a small team looking for a hard-working youngster with a go-getter attitude to join us and symbiotically grow with us. At TinyOwl you can take part in multiple verticals- maybe suggest a cool tagline for the next marketing campaign or help operations team out of a dilemma! All ideas are welcome!

This position is located at our Mumbai office.

What you will do:

  • Participate in campaigns to capture the market for TinyOwl

  • Help conduct market research in order to identify consumer requirements

  • Projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development

  • Dig out actionable insights from the data to decide on further marketing strategies

  • Conduct analytics for the team and suggest improvements to campaign management

  • You help us set the vision, and then manage and execute that vision- at maximum efficiency

  • You grow as we grow- and will share a symbiotic relationship with both your team and the company itself

What you will need:

  • A Bachelors degree in any discipline- it’s cool if you are still a student too

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Extremely data-focused and strong data visualisation skills

  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and media landscape

  • Experience with mobile marketing is an important plus

  • A passion to ensure world-class user experience

  • Proficiency in MS- Office is required

  • A thirst to learn- this is imperative!
